Kick Serve Coffee — Restaurant in Moline

UPDATED REVIEW and UPDATED ONCE AGAIN My first 3 visits were Excellent and the service was good my favorite is the Lucky Shot Okay after the first 3 times I got a different server she has very long bedazzled nails which I noticed off the bat lol kinda odd for this type of work and when she handed me my lucky shot it wasn't the same it was very bland and had very little flavor I happened to get her two more times as a side note I noticed her fake bedazzled nails had been removed as an effort to keep her job? But the lucky shot was still not good at all so the last time I pulled around to the other side to a different lady and explained my lucky shot was flavorless and not very good she made me a new one and PRESTO it was very good... so that leads me to believe someone there isn't very good at her job sorry to be so blunt but i paid for 3 bad drinks before enough became enough its at a point that I don't want to risk getting her when I pull up so sadly I haven't been back. RE UPDATE went months without going possibly even a year I let my free drinks expire that's how much I didn't want to try it again but time to give it another go drive up seen a different lady similar to the first young ladies that made the drink I once loved got the lucky shot it was awesome I was happy the very next day I pulled up and got miss crazy nails who to my amazement is still working there and still unfortunately making bland drinks I even had my girlfriend try it and she said it tastes like watered down iced coffee with a little sweetener so it's definitely not just me and a side note my girlfriend's hot coffee was barely warm ... no idea why I keep trying ugh I loved...

I've been going to Kick Serve far too often since they opened because the iced wimbledon with half the pumps of syrup is on point, and that alone is enough to leave a high recommendation. With that being said, their customer service and friendly environment is amazing.

I have never had an unpleasant experience with any of the employees, but Kylie V is truly the definition of good customer service. I can assure you that I don't know her outside of the coffee shop, and actually had to ask her her name during my last visit in order to leave this review but she is always in such a great mood that radiates to her customers. She's also incredibly helpful when it comes to questions regarding coffee customization and what not. She remembered my order after just our third interaction (though I'm sure this isn't a guarantee) and she's always incredibly friendly. If the world had more Kylie Vs, customer service would never be an issue.
