Rude. Rude. Rude. I went in an hour before their store closed with a handful of old jewelry that had been my grandmothers. I wasn't looking to sell anything but I was mainly curious to get an idea of what was real and what was fake and possible price range if I did decide to sell something.. I explained my situation to a very abrupt woman who obviously didn't want to help me. She charged me $25 (which was expected) to bang around my stuff around with out any regard. She threw three necklaces into a small plastic baggie to leave me with the detangling process. And I didn't even get a thorough price quote. I felt like I was such an inconvience to her. I'll never return nor will I ever recommend this place...

I had such a great experience at Fera's that they are my only stop for jewelry from now on. I went to the store with my god daughter in search of a necklace and cross. Markie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I also had some old gold bracelets, necklaces and rings that I collected over the years and was amazed at how much the gold was worth. Not only did I get a new necklace and cross but I walked out with cash in hand and a smile on my face.
