Before we chose Pool and Spa Enclosures we did hours of research. There were two other companies that offered a cheaper rate. We went to see multiple different pools before making out decision. Ultimately after interviewing people we chose Alex and Dan and I have no regrets. It was worth every penny. Honestly, the service we got was above and beyond the dollar value. From the beginning Alex was easy to communicate with. He provided references and people for us to talk to. Everyone we spoke to was thrilled with his work. Every time I called or emailed him, he responded within a couple of hours. Even after the installation- he made himself available for questions. And we had a LOT of questions! The enclosure was customized for our needs specifically and was a perfect in reality as it was in the blueprints. Alex never once lost patience with us. He even answered questions about our pool reno that were super helpful (more helpful than our pool company who were very difficult to communicate with!). The enclosure arrived earlier than expected and the guys who did the install were very professional. When they first started it looked like there was going to be a huge mess- but by the time they were done they had cleaned up so well it was almost like they hadn’t been there! The yard was left clean and beautiful. As for the enclosure itself, it’s been almost 4 months now. We got it done at the beginning of the winter and it’s working wonderfully! The enclosure keeps the area mostly warm and everyone who uses the pool is completely in awe of how gorgeous it is. Yes you can Swim All Year! The retractable pool enclosure allows us to swim in New York 365 days a year! I always hesitate to post reviews until that peaches and cream feeling of having something new and unique has faded. Now that we have owned our enclosure for about seven seasons (almost 2 years) ,I can tell you how happy we are with the decision to go with P.S.E. Alex, John and all involved were terrific and easy to work with. The installation was coordinated with the pool co. flawlessly . Alex's people were so professional and pleasant and had it installed in about 6 hours. We were swimming in N.J. on Christmas day 2019. Over time a few minor issues came up. REMEMBER this was during the worst of covid . Knowing that I purchased a very special item . I must say that Alex sent me the part I needed almost immediately . About months ago I had to have a repair made to a bit of damage to one of the panels . I informed Alex and he assured me that as soon as covid restrictions were lifted on flights to the U.S. his workers would be here. About 5 months ago they showed up and within 45 minutes they had flawlessly repaired the damage . No charge. In no way does this company forget about you after the purchase. If you are fortunate enough to be able to afford something as unique and so functional as this,you may have to exercise some patience .But trust me you will be taken care of. Bottom line we suggest that anyone who is looking to get maximum enjoyment from your pool and spa to go with P.S.E they are good people. We would not have a pool without one of Alex's...

Thus far we LOVE our enclosure. I'm hoping to be able to keep the pool open in the winter too! I got the clear panels and just love how it looks in the yard. The workmanship is superb. Tomas and Lucas were very professional with the installation. We had our measurements done by the company and recommend that route as we were afraid that the assembly wouldn't come out right otherwise. It just gave peace of mind. The vent option is ingenious, to be able to open up a little to let the hot air escape without getting bugs inside. On that note, definitely invest in the screen doors for the same reason, to create airflow, let the hot air out and keep bugs out too. Another suggestion, if you have 6 guys there to help with just moving the panels. Be ready with a chainsaw and all them to break down the huge shipping pallet before they leave. It took us most of the next day to tear it down. Overall we just love the pool now that it's enclosed. The ability to swim at night without fear of bugs, and after a rain and not have to clean it, and to play music inside with the doors shut and not disturb anyone, is priceless. I also must give all credit to Alex an Dan. They always called me back, and answered my multitude of questions with patience, honesty and professionalism. They are legitimate and caring.
