Princeton Radiology - Monroe — Local services in Monroe Township

My experience with Prinston Rdiology was terrible and the reason of this that I set up my appointment in 2 months ahead and had been told that they need a prescription of my physician. I called doctor office, provided them with a fax #. The day before my appoitment a made a call to the radiology department to find out time for my appoitments ( it should be two -one after another - mammogram and bone density- nobody remind me about my appoitment time) When I checked out for my appoitment I was given some forms to fill out) When my time come I have been told that they don't have a prescriptions ( I checked out when I provided physian office and they confirmed that for faxing over all prescriptions).No appology I got. I spent about 2-2.5 hrs before I got prescription from my physician, because I was able only to leave a message to the nurce who was with some pations). Finally they got a fax but I was needed to set up another appoitments that were in different days. These prescription I was given to take with me, that they were afraid to loose them again. Nobody call to remind me about appoitment as in apractice you usually have from any doctors office ?????? So they done a slopy work, this office in 9 Center street in Monroe , NJ 08831. The staff at Princeton Radiology in Monroe is genuinely fabulous. I had a scheduled biopsy today. This was my first time having this procedure, so of course, I was nervous.

The nurse Liza was terrific. She walked me through the entire process of what would be going on during my procedure. She answered several questions I had. During the procedure, she held my hand to alleviate nervousness. She was super caring even after the procedure to make sure my bandages were applied correctly, had ice for swelling, and clear instructions on how to care for myself at home.

Mallory, the sonographer, was also excellent and was clear on the process of what I should expect and how they would use the sonogram for the procedure.

Last but not least, I had Dr. Parker perform the procedure. He has an excellent bedside manner and was clear on all the questions I asked him. He understood I was so nervous and made small talk, so my mind was off the current procedure. He was clear and explained every step he would be performing. He asked if I would like to see the procedure in live time, which was pretty awesome. I was able to see the insertion and slicing, and it truly is amazing how far science has come.

From start to finish, the process was timely and seamless, from making an appointment to the radiological report. Very courteous, professional, and efficient staff. The scheduling department returned my call very quickly, as did medical records. The scheduler was very sweet. Ladies at the front desk were very cordial and helpful. My MRI technicians were just the best. The final radiology report was posted to the patient portal in two business days.

The radiologist is quite amazing. Dr. Slawek's radiological interpretation and report on my last MRI was so incredibly thorough and detailed! I have never read such a detailed report on any diagnostic test I have received. The report was on the portal in two business days 👍. I am very appreciative for that report!

The only hiccup I experienced was initial registration with the patient portal. However, that was addressed quickly. The portal support representative, Mary Guidry, investigated and responded very quickly to ensure that my patient portal was functioning properly.

One of the biggest concerns in healthcare is communications. This team inspired confidence, really communicates well, and allays any concerns.
