Brookshire's — Local services in Monroe

Placed an online order for pick up, waited a very long time for this order to give confirmation it was complete. When I texted the number the female employee stated she must have entered the number incorrectly. I said alright, she wanted me to pull to the door to get the order I did, as I’m driving off I said to myself I’m missing something, texted and called because none of my “cold” items where in the bags. 5-6 minutes later they were brought out. However I get home and notice I was given incorrect items, I called this store three times, texted the number and I was left on hold by a manager for 13 minutes; when she came back to the phone I was informed that the deli checked and they didn’t have the items. PROBLEM here is that NO COMMUNICATION, I DID NOT WANT SUBSTITUTIONS, and the experience was just awful. Brookshire’s use to be so much better than all grocery chains in Monroe/WM but you all are allowing your employees to half step and...

Great staff with fair prices. They have excellent deals and go the extra mile for customer service!! Update: got even better since the last time I left a review the manager has made all the difference to my opinion because there's a woman that's working there now as a manager or assistant manager that should be way up higher on the corporate scale she's polite she tries to learn people by their name and she is constantly on the move and working you don't find that type of work ethic these days. So kudos to brookshire's.

I will never set foot back in there again! The minute I walked in I felt the racist vibe I was left a counter at customer service for 5 to 6 minutes no one came up! It was this one casher that was supposed to came to customer service she didn’t wanted to wait on me because it was her lunch break! Finally someone came he didn’t greet me! I have never had this experience before! You have one time to make me feel uncomfortable! I will not be back! Oh also when did they started asking for driver’s licenses to get a money order! I never had to before! I will look into this matter about the driver...
