Just left the monroe location and I usually have a great shopping experience but lately everything seems to be out of stock or you have a long wait if you make an order for a item but today the item I needed to purchase was in stock but because they were shorthanded it couldn't be dropped and I would have to wait 2 or 3 days to purchase it (flooring).I don't mind supporting small business but it has to do better..I don't what happened to the guy name Markus I haven't seen him lately but he would've definitely made sure that item was dropped for purchase..I'm not complaining but but just expected a little...

Was ask to hold and never came back to the phone, (by the way I can hear the whole conversation ) got to the store before he can come back to the phone. To make things worse I walked in and I told the guy he had me listening to him and the other customer’s conversation. He replied probable. Stood up right in front of the manager and they ignore me complex. Walked out the store right before their eyes and not even one apology.
