Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Monroe

Worst Popeye's in Monroe/West Monroe area. I ordered large family deal with 2 sides and biscuits. I was told chicken would be 10 minutes and to pull over in lot to wait. Also ordered ripen chicken dinner . Total was over $35.00. After 30 minutes I went inside restaurant and was told another 5 to 10 minutes. Large sides were supposed to be red beans and rice and large mash potatoes and gravy. Since it was taking so long I ordered 5 jalapeno peppers. People always check your orders. I got home to very hungry family, I live in garden district so it took less than 5 minutes to get home. What was in the bag was only half the chicken, 2 mash potatoes, no biscuits., no jalapenos and the ripen chicken dinner had no side and no biscuits. Oh by the way it was 8pm and this drive thru experience took 55 minutes. No I did not return for remainder of the family meal that was missing. I made sure that everyone got a piece of chicken except for myself. I love popeye's but after a drive thru experience that took an hour and cost almost $40 and I didn't get to eat because they shorted my order so very bad I'm afraid that popeye's has seen the last of me. I know I'm not going to make the slightest difference to them whether I come back or not. I will do Church's chicken or KFC from now on. My advice is BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN YOU HAVE WAITED ALMOST AN HOUR ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU PAY WHAT I DID FOR 6 PEICES OF CHICKEN, wrong and missing sides, ect... They did not want me to return to that restaurant because I would have said things that I'm sure I would have regretted the next day. I am sure that I will not hear back from the franchise owner or management team and that's okay with me. Just wanted to let this popeye's know that I explained it to my out of town guest and that I had changed the order because I really wasn't hungry. I was very embarrassed for what this restaurant did and I hope that management will at least read my review and be assured I didn't let my out of town guest know just how bad we got screwed by popeye's. They loved it and left town thinking it was a great place to eat and they can't wait to have...

My cousin and I ordered a small meal when we got to the window this young girl was very rude and my cousin asked for honey mustard sauce and she didn’t even answer back to her and she took the money and closed the door on us. Then came back in the window after 6 minutes and told us to pull over and we didn’t know where and she said over there and closed the window again being very dismissive. We have been waiting out here for at least 15-20 minutes. Then they came out and said that “the tenders are frozen do you want spicy” we were already fed up at this point from the girl in the window. And my cousin asked for her money back and not worry about it. She walked back in the building came back out empty handed and said “she can break them apart” and we said no again because we were already waiting way too long. I went to try and get a chicken sandwich and every location in Monroe and West Monroehave been out of the chicken sandwiches for weeks which I don't understand why they don't send in enough chicken patties to a chicken restaurant it does not make sense to me. I do understand the fact that restaurants run out of food but I don't understand why it takes days and weeks to get more shipment in. It's either they are not ordering the shipment or they are just too lazy to fix the food. I would not be surprised by either one of those plus when you're asked for the chicken sandwich they are so rude about it like they are just tired of fixing the chicken sandwiches and tired of people asking for the chicken sandwiches. Popeyes is a chicken establishment so I don't understand why the employees would be angry about people ordering chicken...
