Solar & Air Supply — Local services in Monroe

Really needs to be no stars. I ordered a circuit board for my furnace in my house for about $200. Paid for next day delivery. Received a tracking label in an email that said my order had shipped. At 12:30pm the day my circuit board was supposed to arrive, I received an email saying my order was cancelled. I called to ask why and was told "one of our other stores needed some of our inventory." So apparently, even though I had already bought and paid for a board that had ALREADY been shipped, they cancelled and gave it to someone else. The worst kind of service imaginable. Now my wife, my 4 yr old, and I will have no heat on a night that's going to get down to 21°. The least you could have done was call and tell me that you are giving it to someone else so I could start looking for another store before 5pm and have to go another night huddled around space heaters....
