I have an autistic son and we’ve been to altitude several times. My son doesn’t like any socks or shoes on his feet and the very first time we went to altitude I was told by the workers that if he doesn’t like the grip socks that he can be barefoot and it would be alright. We’ve done that several times with no problems from any of the workers. Well my son and I went to altitude today and we were approached by a worker that told me my son had to have socks on or he couldn’t jump. I explained that he is autistic and we have trouble keeping socks and shoes on him. The worker said it’s policy to get socks or leave. I went up to the front counter and told the other worker the same thing. He told me my son has to wear the socks or I can get a refund and leave. We come to altitude a lot just because they seemed to accommodate for my autistic son, but we will not be going there anymore. I understand they’re “doing their jobs” but it seems like they could go over their “policy” with all the workers and figure out if they accommodate to special needs children or not. There’s already very few places we can go without getting judge-mental and hateful looks and I thought altitude was a great place for my son but I was mistaken. Again I understand you have a job to do but there wasn’t compassion or understanding from these workers. I also felt as if the worker hovered around us waiting for my son to take his socks off so they could kick us out. I’ve never felt so humiliated like I did today. Autistic...
Read moreI want to start of with saying that the party host Denon, was without a doubt amazing!! He made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner and constantly checking on us! Very much recommend him!! Secondly, the manager was the worst part. I paid for the party online and it included 10 kids, 3 pizzas and a few drinks. When it came time for pizza he accused me of “manipulating” my receipt when I CLEARLY SHOWED HIM IT WAS STRAIGHT FROM THE WEBSITE and my email!!! He then proceeded to argue with my guest and STILL charged the 55 extra for the pizza that was already paid for! He was beyond rude and incompetent. Not to mention he added guests to my party after they said they would pay for themselves. He “insisted that it was easier to add them to the party” and charge me an extra 65 for that aswell! I got ZERO reimbursements for my pizza and no explanation for why he added the extra guests after they said they would pay. He didn’t even know the corporate number to leave a complaint. Very rude and...
Read moreMy son went with a friend and his dad tonight. My son called me on a strangers phone very upset and panicking because his head was knocked against a brick wall. Upon arrival, I was pushed and you could say body blocked by the cops who were telling me I couldn't enter the premises. Finally after arguing with them, they allowed the manager out. After I explained the situation to them, they RELUCTANTLY allowed me in. This place was absolutely out of control. If this happens after a certain time, you should close earlier. It was worse than a bar seen on TV where you have to wait in line to enter. I attempted to take a picture and was basically told by a bystander that I'd get my A double S kicked. And didn't I mention COPS? Since when did our kids live in a society that required cops where they jump on trampolines? My kids will not be back at any point...
