Chris Wiley is awesome!! I probably drove him crazy, but he was always so kind and professional. I was un-decided between 2 different living room sets and he got pieces of both brought in. I think I went in the store about 5 times before I finally made my decision. He had so much patience with me and I am so appreciative of that. I am overjoyed with my new living room suit! It fits my home and space perfectly. I went to several furniture stores and they were all nice, but Chris went above and beyond and made me feel like my happiness was the most important thing. I am extremely happy with the whole process at Ivan Smith. I purchased my furniture on a Thursday and it was delivered to my house on Saturday. My husband and I went to every place in Monroe looking for a new recliner for me. And it was horrible looking and looking with pushy sales people in a few places and in other stores no one would even talk to us. But finally we went to both of the Ivan Smith stores in Monroe; however it was the location on Louisville Ave. in Monroe La. where we found what we had been looking for all over... My new recliner! They were wonderful!! They were not pushy like most sales people. They were very knowledgeable about their furniture and all the features of each piece. I found my perfect recliner! Living out of state (NC) and not being able to see what I was purchasing was made completely easy with Latoya! I called on a Wednesday and Latoya helped find the perfect recliner to be delivered to the assisted living facility, where my mother lives. Mother‘s new chair was delivered on Friday and Ivan Smith furniture weren’t completely with the administrator to get it all handled. I just paid the bill LOL! Even paying the bill was easy!
