Target Corporation (doing business as Target and stylized in all lowercase since 2018) is an American big box department store chain headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is the seventh largest retailer in the United States, and a component of the S&P 500 Index. Target was established as the discount division of Dayton's department store of Minneapolis in 1962. It began expanding the store nationwide in the 1980s (as part of the Dayton-Hudson Corporation), and introduced new store formats under the Target brand in the 1990s

I like this target. They have a Starbucks at the front and an ulta makeup area. Very updated and new. They are usually pretty stocked up on items. But The parking lot is always stressful for some reason and very crowded. I visited on a Tuesday night around 8:00 and the dressing room was closed so I could not try anything on. Other than that it’s pretty good

I am drawn to Target in every city, I absolutely love the store. Set up organized, friendly customer service, easy to maneuver through store, and the only reason I am not giving this store a 5 star review is the cleanliness factor. It was OK. More of a Walmart type clean not the usual Target higher standard that most Targets do try to strive to uphold.

If I could give no stars I would! I usually have a nice shopping experience but the last time I went to this location on 5/22/2023 at 6:27pm I bought multiple items. One item in particular was from from the electronics department. No one was in the department so I took it to the front checkout with my other items. The cashier rung up our items and talked us up about a 5 dollar target card that we got due to the amount of money me and my wife spent. I really didn’t care about that card. Anyway we got home I took all my items out of each bag. All items were accounted for except a yearly ps5 plus card which was not in any bag nor my vehicle. I called the store to no avail. No one answered any of my calls to all departments. After I knew they were closed I proceeded to call the following day and the same thing no one picked up so me and my wife went to the store. Went to customer service and a young woman who supposedly was management got called up and all she said was I’ll check the back. She went around the corner to the back seemed like all she did was spun around and came right back out. She then said target doesn’t handle card issues and I have to contact Sony. I was nice and left but how do you sell something but don’t handle the issues that happened in your store. Anyway Sony replied and told me they don’t handle problems that happen in stores and that I must talk to target cause it’s there problem. Also it’s so long that the ink on my receipt is faded so I’m screwed!!! Thanks target I won’t be shopping nor tell anyone anything good about your Monroeville location nor your other locations cause your policies are not good towards your customers which are always right....

I shop at this store a lot, however this time may be my last as I am very disappointed. I am on the board of directors for a non profit organization. Every year I host a toy drive for the holidays. This year I had recieved one last generous donation right before my event. I went to check out with 3 carts with about $600 in toys ready to buy to donate to children in need. When I first walked up to register they had no clue what tax exempt meant or how to do it. After that was figured out by what I assume was a shift manager, we started ringing out my order. I told him my cartwheel never works on my phone and they usually just scan the coupon with their paper as there was a $25 coupon for every $100 you spend on toys. He proceeded to tell me I couldnt use a coupon without cartwheel. I told him i would show him my cartwheel app but it does not work correctly. He still proceeded to tell me no after being rude. I explained I have a sale thats well over $600 and is all being donated to needy kids. He did not seem to care so I decided to cancel my whole order and go to walmart. Honestly the way things were handled was not professional at all. The guy was rude and would not try to get anyone else to try to help or atleast give me some kind of solution...

If I could give this target a 1 star I would. My experience was terrible. I got hockey cards and didn't see the sign that said that they were non returnable and it didn't have the price on them and when i payed i realized they were too expensive. I immediately went to the in store customer service to try and return it and they told me i couldn't return it because they are sold through third party and they can't do anything about it and I asked to speak to a manager and they sent over a team lead instead. He immediately started to be rude and was throwing things around and being disrespectful and not treating us like customers at all. I went back over to the display to take a picture of the display and he walked over their too and picked up with sign that said that they were no refundable and picked it up and said "see for next time" in a very rude and mean way and stormed off. My dad said "you don't need to be rude and make my daughter cry" and he said "I can be...
