We ordered funeral arrangements from this flower shop and it was a deeply disappointing experience. The arrangements were ordered on Tuesday and scheduled to be delivered 7 a.m Thursday of the same week, but the flowers never showed up! This was our final farewell to our loved one and the timing was crucial.

In our desperation, we tried calling the flower shop repeatedly, but no one picked up the phone until around 9:30 am. By that time, the viewing was already over at 10 am. The complete lack of responsiveness from the flower shop was distressing. They could have at least answered our calls and informed us immediately that there was an issue. In such a situation, we could have rushed to the shop and picked up the flowers ourselves, ensuring our loved one had the send-off they deserved.

The excuse they provided for the no-show was that their delivery van had a flat tire. While issues like this can happen, the flower shop is a mere 6.7 miles away from the viewing location, which is not a significant distance. This situation demonstrates a lack of planning and professionalism on their part.

I would caution any potential customers from putting their trust in this establishment, especially during important and sensitive moments in their lives. It's clear that this flower shop is not proactive when issues arise, and that is something that cannot be overlooked when dealing with such emotional and significant events.

Owner believes I'm leaving the negative review as some sort of vendetta against her company. In reality, a handful of us pitched in for the arrangement. She may have spoken to one individual, but she wasn't dealing with just one person. If anything I hope Naira learns from this experience and adds in some extra protocols her delivery personnel can incorporate when situations like this occur. Maybe pass down the customers information to the driver so the driver can alert the customer. Simple things like this may help you in the future. Also looking at past reviews, there seems to have been another funeral arrangement that didn't make it....

My new, go-to flower shop. Best flower shop I've encountered. Ever. And I've been to quite a few, from local flower shops to hip online flower companies. The flowers you will see here are unlike any other flower shop. The flowers sold at this shop are sourced from South America and also picked locally. They were very knowledgeable about the flowers. It's a family owned business. They really care and are passionate about their work, I can tell by the way they speak about them alone. Then you see their finished product and are blown away. Every. Time.

But that's not what won me over. What won me over was the level of great customer service. They were very nice and patient with me when I first called to ask a bunch of questions. I was in a hurry and needed two arrangements. When I arrived they were very welcoming and accommodating. We walked through their entire selection and quickly went over my likes and dislikes. I told Naira the colors I wanted for each arrangement and she did the rest. Even added a some extra flowers. I'm telling you the level of service was way above average. They literally saved my day. I was in a rush and needed these ASAP. And they came through, as promised, and it was a seamless experience. Naira is a flower magician.

Oh and their vases? Very high quality. Very heavy and very nice.

When I got to the office all my coworkers were blown away and asked about where I got them. They're not your typical cheap arrangements that die within a couple days. These fresh flowers are worth every penny. And they don't break the bank! They work with your budget! And your flowers will stand out every time!

Where do I even begin?! I like to view reviews on yelp before I even attempt to head to any location whether it be food, flowers, nails shops.. you name it.. I look! The first thing I noticed is that Amore Dolce Flowers had way more positive reviews than negative which is a major plus! I don't even understand why it would get any negative reviews because the quality of their beautiful flowers and amazing customer service always has me going back for more. If there's even a slight chance you may not be 100% happy at the time, they will go out of their way to make sure you are 100% happy! Any business that goes above and beyond like they do has my absolute respect and business. Don't let any negative review stop you from visiting this shop. Go see for yourself and have your own experience! You will NOT be disappointed.

This is my absolute favorite flower shop! I do not go anywhere else! I've been coming here for over 2 years and have not once been disappointed. You get assistance as soon as you walk in the door. It doesn't matter what budget you're on, they are always so happy to assist and take so much pride in their service and arrangements. All my arrangements have lasted a long time.
