Update January 22, 2025*: stull the same. Long lines, limited sections on shoes sizes 51/2, 6 & 7. If you have the time to look through the store, you can find good products. Broken or missing items.

update July 30, 2024* It's ok, good selections can be limited. There isn't a big section of shoes. Housewares are also limited, good clearance sections but sometimes items can be broken to the point that they need to be thrown to the trash. Expect long lines on busy days.

Today, I was in line that took forever to even move an inch. 2 slow cashiers. So many people were making returns, and customers in line began getting upset. I spoke up and asked someone cleaning up the cash registers (maybe manager).. I asked if there were any other cashiers available. Only. Right away, she announced they should be on their way and made the announcement. Within 30 seconds, a line of 3 or 4 workers came!! Some customers cheered and clapped, and I said, "Thank you for coming back on your break...

Worst Marshalls store I have ever been to! I was in line for 30 minutes. The line barely moved at all. 3 cashiers only, taking their time ringing up customers. They must have spent 15 minutes helping each customer. As far as inventory goes very very limited. I am a frequent Marshalls shopper and have never experienced this. Usually the line moves pretty fast. In those 30 minutes I did not move to the front of the line. Not even close. There was still 15 people in front of me!! So I did not purchase anything and left extremely mad. No manager in site. Corporate needs to either improve this store or shut it down completely. Store is dirty and disgusting as well. Needless to say I will not be going back to this...

I went in today, mind you, I hadn’t been to this location in a while, but yesterday I decided to give it another chance, since my previous experience shopping here was horrible, and just as I walked in there’s no greetings a lady there standing by the entrance looked so bothered just by me heading inside the store. As I continued to walk around the store the staff kept giving me mean stares very irritated and so I decided to leave whatever I had in my cart and left very disappointed.
