I don’t really write reviews but I wanted to share this great experience brought my daughter to buy a prom dress all around great customer service but one thing that really stood out to me was that my daughter was undecided about her dresses we went up to the register and talk to the girl at register and told her my daughter was undecided and wanted to take both dresses home but we seen on tag it says not returnable , she goes to say well we want her to make the right decision and be happy with her prom dress so she wrote on the receipt returnable for full refund , I told her no one will give me a hard time she goes to explain no she’s the store manager and will make sure she write that on receipt. that stood out to me because she wasn’t worried about me bring back the item she just wanted to make sure my daughter choice the right dress and was happy with...

I wouldn’t shop in here , there customer service is horrible!!!!Very rude manager and staff . I was ready to purchase a dress in line and two cashiers were present. One I believe was the manager and saw us waiting in line while talking with a couple of “friends I believe” about other stuff that has to do nothing with shopping. 10 min later. The other finished cashing out a customer and left back to the changing room … while the manger just kept looking at us and kept talking to the pair of 3 friends … they were showing her Instagram pictures on there phone and laughing. Got tired and I instead put the dress on the rack and left . 12am Regardless said it wasn’t busy n service there sucks . Santa Clarita has wayy better...

Hands down the best Windsor ever! I’ve been here twice in my life and both involve crazy scenarios. First one it was the day of my birthday and that girl ( ughh I wish I remembered her name) was literally a lifesaver 🥹🫶🏻 second experience which was recent I had a last minute notice about going to a wedding and the girl there (I also wish I remembered her name but if she’s reading this hey girl! I’m the girl from the 1:30 pm wedding I had to attend to lmao) helped me right away and recommend me a gorgeous dress, which was the one by the way. Great service! All these girls will help you! P.S… GET THEM A RAISE...
