Mobar Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Montebello

In my personal opinion, it’s the best coffee in montebello. I’m no coffee aficionado, but I do like the taste of coffee, the espresso beans. I don’t try to mask the flavor with sweetners and foams. At that point just ask for a cup of straight sugar, load up on those carbs, you don’t like coffee. But Enough of me and my great mature taste buds. This place is very unassuming, located in a mall right next to a children’s play pen. My respects to the staff having to deal with screaming kids all day. The service here is good enough, my lattes are consistent in flavor for the most part. In conclusion, skip the Starbucks and go to mobar and if you don’t like it. Go eat a 12 pack...

My wife and I stopped by to get something warm. Walking by the other times we always said next time. With the kids at school the time was now!

My wife went with the horchata latte with oat milk. I went with the Mobar special latte with oat milk. The horchata latte was fresh and deliciously warm. The Mobar special was not as warm but good. We both agreed the horchata latte was better.

We were glad to enjoy the latte's. The staff behind the counter were patient, professional, and welcoming. We will be returning when we return to Montebello.

The coffee here is great and the muffins are delicious. I have a sweet tooth and a lot of other coffee shops make their drinks too bitter for my tastes but this place is good. I especially like the Mexican inspired flavors like the horchata frappe. The baristas are also really friendly and give good recommendations when you don’t know what to choose.
