Cinnabon — Restaurant in California

Today sunday October 11th 2020. Employees here were very very unprofessional . attitude and came from far just to pick up a box for my children drove 1 hour here .i Don t own a cell phone and I simply wanted To purchased a box.and I Don t own a cell phone .and was told I had to scan the bar to purchased .customers were going crazy and inpatient cause we couldnt purchase cbunns with money .its not going to work ..i been a loyal customer for 25 years here in Montebello and got treated bad .you have to train your employees more perfesionaly and with smiles on there faces ..and I still couldn't buy...

Cinnabons here are fresh and good but i came today because i had a coupon but it was not working so i asked the workers and they said it was no longer working. The directions are wrong as far as where you actually stop at.....anyway it's right next to Macy's on the second floor if you take the escalator up it's on...
