Don't shop here ! My item that I got was not suited for what I was getting they do not inform you about their policies it's about the whole concept of using your money to buy something that you need not to just throw that money into the trash can. As a business owner the store should understand we work hard for our money and some people only need to get what they need for those people who ligitimlately live pay check to paycheck who need house hold items. A business like this who sells and resells items said no to a customer to bring in an item they can't use ? Yeah what business ethics do you have here you have a business for the purpose of selling items as consumers do not so if a consumer addresses an item why got at your store does not fit it work they should consider that and do the exchange. The item was already damaged not in good condition they should have sold it at a discounted rate as a matter of fact. This business does not deserve future business. Never have I been so irritated. Dollar tree and 99 cent stores who share the same quality as this store had better customer service I shop at diaso and the quality of their items are much better they didn't have what I needed I rather feel happy with the customer service anywhere else other than here they make you feel really ripped off for your money. Read moreBeen shopping here since I was a kid with my family and a student at ELAC. Today unfortunately, I was shopping with my mother minding my own business. I was near the register where my mom was waiting in line and a lady threw some random objects on the floor. Suddenly, she threw a packet of heavy toilet-rolls in my direction and proceeded to yell at me accusing me of following her around the store. Never seen that lady in my entire life. The lady look to be mentally-ill/drug-addict. There was a heated 2 minute verbal exchange between me, my mom and the lady. She ended up leaving. All the employees just stood there, nobody helped or kicked her out. Security guard came too late. The cashier lady nonchalantly said she had been there the night before as well starting fights with customers. Really? She's clearly a danger to others yet they allow her to shop there. Thank God she missed me when she threw the toilet rolls it could've been worse like a can of beans or something heavier and caused serious damage. Needless to say, I wont be shopping there anymore. Read moreI have been shopping at Q Bargain for years, but unfortunately, my experience with cashier Gloria has been consistently disappointing. She often appears overwhelmed, under distress, and lacking basic customer service skills. Her exhaustion is evident, and it translates into rudeness toward customers—including my legally blind mother, who has been a loyal shopper for years.
Each time my mother encounters Gloria, she is treated poorly. Most recently, Gloria reacted unprofessionally when my mother attempted to pay with quarters, responding in a rude manner as if expecting exact change was an inconvenience. This level of service is unacceptable, especially toward elderly and disabled customers who deserve patience and respect.
I hope management takes action to improve customer service standards, as no one should feel uncomfortable or disrespected...
