Yoshinoya — Restaurant in Monterey Park

On Dec. 4th, 2023 we went in for dinner. After making line for 15 minutes, with no one ahead of us, we opted to leave because the "pretty girl" at the ordering line was too busy to attend us. She saw us waiting but she prioritized informing/bragging/complaining to the cook how she had excelled in completing multiple tasks while on the clock and a fellow coworker was still completing the same task. She kept repeating "I am not staying until 1am because of her". Serving size is small and well, not worth it. Recieved the food cold and just threw it away. No point in asking for a new plate, when they just really dont care. Have called and emailed corporate and was given the run around. Especially when last time I choked on a damn bone. That was an adventure I will never forget. Emailed a photo of the bone and was insulted that I had placed the bone. But I had to come here and eat because they were the only inexpensive spot (besides FATDONALDS).

Plus they place very sex filled music...

I ordered a no Salt teriyaki chicken bowl with veggies except coliflower ... Not only I didn't get what I asked for, but got what I asked them to hold. . COLIFLOWER...look right at the center of the bowl.... People needs to pay attention to what the customer wants. We're paying for it it isn't free. What I received is probably worth $3.50 elsewhere.... I won't pay fo meals here if I'm not getting what I want.... I will come in once more....but be careful...
