Revision to previous 5 star review. Downgraded to one star after seriously food/service issue. (And thus far, no inquiry from Corporate so I havent been back and have no plans to return.)
I have visited this location over a dozen times and my experiences have been top notch. That was up until a week ago when the food and service suffered a huge setback I'm my opinion. I suppose I caught the cooks on an off day. That is understandable, but a heck of a lot more tolerable if a very simple explanation is offered. It wasnt in this case so hopefully it was an isolated incident.
The issue; it took over 15 minutes to get my order. Previously, the wait was only a few minutes and the food was cooked correctly. On my visit last week, the food was overcooked and I can't stress this irritatingly issue enough, an extremely long wait for my particular order. What's odd was, orders after me came before my order was ready and no real explanation was offered why my order took so long. No apology either.
I'm going to chock it up to maybe a new cook or something of the sort. I will update this review if somehow the service and the overcooked issue presents itself again.
To their credit though, the numerous previous times, everything was spot on. Of course, it only takes one bad time to leave a lasting impression and this one time did.
As I said, the food here is delicious and I have certainly passed on this location to others. If you're hungry, you WILL leave here full. Lots of veges, rice and macaroni sale is generally offered as a side. I can't say this enough... I really like menu here and others I've turned onto it feel the same. It's not a cheap meal but not expensive either. The meals are tasty and it seems to be pretty healthy too.
I will visit here again real soon and order the exact same dish and see how that goes.
I would like to see the management at this location monitor the cooks and make sure things are moving as swiftly as they should, and if not, make the adjustments to be sure orders are delivered promptly.
Overall, a great place to eat, but I'll update shortly to see if that issue I mentioned is resolved.

When I requested for food under my daughters name, one of the crew members verified that they had it but the manager came in and refusing to give it to me because I got one of them items wrong on the receipt. I offered to show them the card that we purchased the food on and she kept saying that it wasnât the right order (because I said one item wrong). The manager was rude and needs to work on her customer service. Later on my other daughter went in and said the same name and they gave her the food. Once my daughter had the food already in her hands she then she showed them the verification code. That manager said thatâs all they needed to see but whatâs there to see if she already gave the food to my daughter before checking the verification?
