I came here with my girlfriend last month for a date. I got basic painted nails with gel, and she had attempted to get acrylics. I was very happy with my nails, they still look nice even today. My girlfriends, absolutely not. The intention was to get a blend of black and green. Long story short, we were there for almost 2 hours getting these acrylics "done." The lady kept re-applying acrylic over and over, and after her numerous attempts, she ended up just painting over the acrylic with black nail polish. My girlfriend and I were in shock having to wait this long just for them to be painted over. After all of that, I also was expected to pay for the work, which I thought was inconsiderate and unprofessional. Especially considering what happened within hours of leaving the shop. By the time my girlfriend got home, her acrylics were already peeling off and falling off her fingers. They were crumbly and left her nails very tender and sore. I'm just honestly extremely disappointed with the work that was done...

I came in last week to get a full set of gel x nails with a very specific inspiration pic. I showed the pic to the nail tech and she even took a picture of it on her phone. she looked at the picture maybe twice and basically did whatever she wanted to do. i ended up with a design that was so far from what i wanted. I hate to complain but it was just not at all close to the picture. I came in later that week and was told over the phone that a different nail tech would be able to fix them for me. The nail tech who was sent to “help” me just told me that the picture I was asking for would be “a lot of money.” I asked her how much more it would be as i already paid $113 for the first set. she just brought over the original nail tech without answering which was so awkward and uncomfortable. at that point, i just asked for them to remove the design and got french tips instead. they did fix them but they were so rude and unprofessional through the process. i won’t be coming back, they handled...

Just got my nails done today, paid $217 plus $30 tip. I received a pedicure, fill and cuticle cut. Daughter received gel mani/pedi. We both left with cuts on our hands and feet. Didn’t push the issue, because this happens when there’s a rush and it’s busy. The issue is, It hasn’t been no more than 12 hours and my gel pedicure is peeling off. 😩

Though staff was very friendly, this is unacceptable for my nails not to even last 24 hours for the amount of money I paid.

Looking back, the red flag was when one person started my pedicure. Then left me stating “my appointment is here, someone else will help you” I was understanding because I am not a regular and clearly the other consumer was. Again, staff was very kind, maybe this was a one time issue with the gel product. Hopefully the issue can be resolved when calling tomorrow. Will...
