My husband and I will not be going back to this store due to rude employees. An older lady, the assistant store manager along with some young employee had the nerve to speak about another employee in a negative manner (speaking about her personal business and was talking down on her like she was not important) not to forget the older cashier was trying to "step on my toes" when I said to my husband "where is the hand sanitizer" she proceeded to say aloud "SINUS INFECTION". As we were leaving I told me husband that we need to go to Publix. Behind my back these 2 female employees said something under their breath about us and laughed. I tured around to let them know in a civil way "I'm aware of the unnecessary remark and laughter yall made". I'd contact the store manager, but judging by the assistant managers immature and careless nature... they wouldn't care. Low class store. 0/10. Filthy. Yes, normally I do shop at publix... but today I just had to make a quick run... they are not down to earth nor helpful... their is a difference between trash and down to earth people. I believe that they judged my appearance as well (just a personal feeling... no proof) but I will say this... they have no room to talk bad about anyone... that's for sure. They were speaking about the absent employee having covid! So of course we were gonna use hand sanitizer after that remark! My grandmother passed away due to covid. These female employees LACK social skills, manners, self respect and common courtesy. I will be contacting someone about this issue. These "ladies" should be fired... I'm sure they can find...

I always shopped here for the meat and variety of merchandise but will not any longer. A young man who was checking a customers out in front of me looks at me and says "You paying with cash or a card?" I told him I wasn't sure did it matter? He said to me it does. I said well it depends on how much it is. Because I had cash on me and would be using that if it was under what I had. He was still checking out the lady in front of me during all of this. When he got to me he rung me up, never speaking to me. He wouldn't even tell me what i owed. He was throwing my stuff in the bag. I said you're not giving good customers service and he looked at me and said lady I ain't got time for you, get out of here. I looked at the lady behind me and she looked as shock as I was. I gab my groceries and left! I'll never shop in that...

I was standing in line and this cashier (Audrey R.) came over to get me to check out in her line so I wouldn't have to wait. She saw that I had trouble finding an item so she walked new all the way to the back of the store to find it. I lost a $100 bill and walked back across the store to find it. She saw what I was doing and found it for me. When I thanked her, she said the other cashier found it and turned out in. It's rare that I come across anyone anywhere with honesty and work ethic like this young lady (Audrey R.) We could all learn a thing or...
