I recently ordered four mask holders from the online store, and Earth's Natural Art and Jewelry was such a pleasure to work with. The holders are very high quality and frame my face very well--the craftsmanship is very apparent and this jewelry-maker obviously takes pride in their work. I had a shipping issue on my order on the part of UPS, which got backlogged during these trying times. The owner was with me every step of the way, opening up an investigation into the package and sending updates and emails as information came in. They were about to send me a new order when my package finally arrived, and for my trouble they gave me a coupon to use on my next order which I will be making soon. I have no words for how amazing Jena is! We didn't know what we were looking for and Jena welcomed us into her home and was so patient and gracious as we browsed her collection. She explained the meanings behind each gemstone and piece, telling us the histories of where she found them. Her jewelry is very unique, I was obsessed with her gorgeous gemstone pendants and earrings. The wiring work around the pendants is very intricate and compliments the gemstones perfectly. My experience was terrific. I bought a set of earrings and necklace from Earth’s Natural Art and they were beautiful. The picture on the website did not do it justice. They were hand made and I was really impressed with the quality of workmanship put in the earings and necklace. The pieces had flowers that Jenna, the owner and artist, grew the herself with was awesome. I bought them online and arranged for pickup at a time of my choosing and she was so professional.
