I have been coming to this subway for over 10 years. I commend it on its cleanliness and accessibility. However, over the past 3-4 months there are some new female employees working that are extremely rude. I shrugged it off the first few times because this is my favorite subway, however it has come to a breaking point. The two women working repeatedly made mean faces at me the moment I walked-in. The young boy often does not know how to use the register or correctly ring up sandwiches. Today, I had a coupon and used my app. I also had a free cookie on my subway app. I am totally fine with the fact that I cannot use both at the same time but the woman was not clarifying that. When I told her to take the please just take the cookie off, the other woman working came over and told me ânot to speak to her like that.â Which confused me because all I did was ask to take the cookie off so the coupon would work. She then tried to charge me full price for my sub and claimed âshe never saw my coupon.â Although it was resolved, this is third or fourth time the two women have been rude and incorrectly rang up my bill. I am really saddened by this because I have loved this subway for years and it has always had great customer service.    Read moreThis used be my favorite Subway, but when a new cashier insists you ordered turkey instead of tuna then proceeds to hand you the next customer's 6" tuna, after you tell her 3 times that your ordered a tuna footlong and watched the guy make it, then there's a problem.
The bigger problem occurs when the guy who sees you in their shop several times a week decides to give you a speech In front of other customers as if you did something wrong. Calling me out like that rather than training the newbie to listen to the customer just caused you to lose my business.
