Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

Never again will I ever order from Pizza Hut. What awful service. I ordered my pizza online at 12:42pm and 37 mins later at 1:19pm I received a text that my pizza was out for delivery. I called the store prior to getting the text and miraculously got someone who barely spoke English tell me that my pizza was ready and going to be delivered soon. Then the guy hung up on me while I was talking. 44mins later our pizza was delivered. We live 8 mins away from the Pizza Hut. How does a less than 10 mins drive take 44mins??? I called the store several times and got no answer from the physical store. I spoke to a manager at customer service and he told me there was nothing he could do that I had to deal with the store directly. I drove to the store and talked to the only guy working there (same guy who hung up on me). His apology was disingenuous at best. He said all he could do was give me a $15 credit for my next online order. What?! That does nothing to help the fact that I spent $50 to receive the worst service. Pizza Hut better listen up. This store has ruined my faith in Pizza Hut forever. I strongly suggest this guy lose his franchise before he ruins Pizza Hut’s...

DO NOT ORDER from them. Literally ordered a delivery at 11:36am 1:35pm no pizza. I live less than 2 miles away. We tried calling several times to cancel with no answer. I had to drive there to cancel the order.

I drove there to cancel since my mother was recovering from surgery and needed rest. I canceled in person and explained twice not to have anyone show up since she would be resting. I return home and 15 minutes later they are ringing to doorbell with my order.

This isn't the first time. A month ago it took an hour and half to get the delivery and again they wouldn't answer the phone. I thought it was a one time occurrence but it obviously isn't.

no clue what is going on..was told in order to get the special price on the cookie I had to buy something at the regular price..after spending $56...I then read the sign and it stated with pizza purchase I told the nut that.. then the manager came over and said you purchased 4 pizzas on special so you cant get the special on the cookie. They both lied per the headquarters..did I mention one of the pizzas should have been double pep and each slice has 2 on it. I said this is supposed to be double and the fool said it was..I then said so regular has 1 piece per slice...if looks could kill!.domino's all the way!!!...
