Today I went in the wireless booth today as a mystery shopper! Got there and the big white guy at the computer noticed me but didn’t ask if I needed any help nor did he notify anyone that a customer was standing there in need of customer service! I finally got customer service when I asked “Does anyone work here?” Then a guy comes from the back which I’m quite sure he saw me as well because he came up front talking to the guy at the computer but chose not to acknowledge me until I said something! The guy at the computer was literally looking at me and then when I looked at him he looked down as if I didn’t see him looking at me! I asked about an LG K51 no luck on a case but I probably would have spent that $15.99 on just a screen protector if my experience had been a little bit better!! Although I can get a screen protector for the same phone under 10...
