3rd UPDATE YES, THIS LOCATION SUCKS!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE ATTITUDES. Well actually the manager on Friday 9.19.2025 at 11:50am that worked the drive thru window. The other cashiers and supervisor were really kind. Their eyes were even apologetic. When i pulled up to the speaker, no hello, no nothing, just " HOLD". Then I go to the window and he says "11.31", didnt repeat my order, no hello, just frowning, popping his mouth, and very angry. I was afraid, but I still needed to ask about them putting sauce on my wings. This man was so rude yall, then closed the window in my face after calling me a lie. All i asked was "hey, can you please ask if my wings could have sauce over the...." he cuts me off and said " the wings ALWAYS have sauce, pull up and we will bring it out" then closed the window. He already was frowning and angry when i approached the window. HE WAS SO NASTY ACTING!!! I will NOT give another update because I will NOT be returning. Another update lol, I decided to give it another try. The wings were hot, but missing one and there was no sauce. The sauce was at the bottom of the container. I told the lady in the red shirt, she acted like i threw the wings in the air nasty attitude, no apology. No drink offered for having to return. Its crazy. Yeah, im done. Ill find another spot for my lunch break. Photos attached!
OMG!!! So aggravating going to a restaurant and they say "Sorry, we only have mild breast to sale" its only 7: pm something, I thought that was TERRIBLE for chicken business. I left another restaurant and didn't purchase anything because I wanted popeyes, had to leave with no food!!!
Update: 1.25.2024 Went to a Popeyes on the Southern Blvd. It was ghetto!!! They didn't even have ice. They serves hot drinks at full price. I spent my entire lunch break in the drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of me. It was so ridiculous. My coworker later told me that no one likes that popeyes and to avoid it because the service is so bad. The cashier at the window was nice and respectful. The food was ok, not hot but maybe it's because it sat in the window for the 30 minutes I sat...
Read moreWent to try the much talked about chicken sandwich. Although my experience was this location, I understand it's true for most. I decided to go through the drive thru. I was 8 cars back but it took me over 30 minutes to get to the window, nearly 9 minutes per car. The food was still warm but not hot, telling me it wasn't the wait for the food that delayed the service. They could learn alot from their competition. As for the sandwich, the flavor had a slightly seafood taste as it is cooked in the same oil as the shrimp. It lacked the seasoning of a Chick fil a but was moist. The sweet and sour pickles were interesting but the mayo was too heavy. The bun is soft but adds nothing to the taste. Toasting it more would help. I would add ketchup and Texas Pete like I do to my Chick fil a. All in all I would eat it again but not instead of the king of the chicken sandwich. Get the service down to under 2 minutes and fry in the oil with the other chicken and...
Read moreWe stopped on Sunday, June 16 with a group of 14 people to eat. We are from out of town. At 8:00 pm the chairs were on top of the table and we assumed they were closed until we walked in. Popeye's doesn't close until 10:00 pm. Upon arrival, it was iceberg cold. The attitudes of one manager/employee was awful. I had to wait 30 minutes for chicken strips by then the other members of my party were already eating. I'm still waiting. I didn't get a chance to eat. Then it was time to get back on the road. Taylor locked the doors no one could come in or go out. Three customers were standing outside wanting to place order. The manager with the long hair unlocked the door for them to come in. Then locked it back. I heard someone say. They done dropped crumbs all over the floor with an attitude. When we walked out. I was disappointed with the atmosphere of service. Just remember if the customers don't come and purchase the food there will be no salaries...
