Citywide Pawn — Local services in Montville

I showed up w a gold necklace that neither my kids or I was crazy about, and there was a "back in 5 " note on the door, and! He, Todd, was actually back in under 5 minutes! That already gave me a good impression. Todd, the owner, was more than fair, explaining to me his reasoning, and insuring I understood and was comfortable with the transaction, which I did and was. Pawn shops can feel icky and like you're getting the short end of the stick, but Citywide Pawn is an anomaly, purely bc the owner treats others like he'd want to be treated and that makes for the best ever dealings I've had at a pawnshop. Definitely recommend and I know the only pawnshop I'll ever go to from now...

I stopped in "looking", and ended up purchasing! Todd listened to my wants and reasonings. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Being my first purchase with my permit, the transaction was seamless and the filing was effortless (for me, he did all the work 🙂). Once the purchase was complete I shared with my family, I was reassured that Todd was honest!! He sold me the appropriate one for me and at a reasonable price!...

I met Todd today scrapped some old jewelry that was broken and he gave me a great price all while letting me honestly know how prices are for things now. He held great conversation with me the entire time and was an extremely nice and respectful owner of his shop citywide. I’ll be recommending friends and family of mine to go see him at citywide for all their needs.
