I love this place. Great selection. Friendly and helpful staff. I had never smoked a pipe before, but they got me setup with everything i needed to use my grandfather's pipe. The guy explained what all i needed to do and I felt confident later to be able to do what he said from memory.

My only real complaint was that i liked the vape store more downstairs. The selection seemed better, maybe this is just symptom of an over saturated vape market. Still, it's understandable why it was moved and not worth removing stars...

Sometimes going to a cigar shop is hit or miss. There's always someone too "helpful" but they don't actually know how to answer your questions or they just linger. Not here. Josh and Sean are knowledgeable and relaxing. They don't give you that "is he going to shoplift?" vibe. Their cigar selection is fantastic, the shop is beautiful, their prices are beyond great. Friendly Helpful, and Informative. Went in for some vape products, had a pleasant time there. Decent selection, prices are on par (and actually lower on some items) with internet pricing so was very happy with that.
