KFC — Restaurant in Moon Township

These people.do not care about your food or their jobs. The sign is always off on weekends and evenings to deter customers from thinking they are open, so that no one actually has to work and do their jobs. Food is always old, dried out, and never made right. If you complain, they give you MORE OLD FOOD. They reheat their fries by dropping them in the fryer until they are so hard that they will break your teeth. Wingstop across the road is doing the same thing. Green undercooked fries or hard as a rock from wingstop, moon. No seasoning on the fries. I'm done coming here... forever. Now, they wanna kill people by putting pounds of mayonnaise on top of dried out chicken. See picture below. That's a regular sandwich, number 12, as it comes. We started coming early, when they open, to try and get fresh food and older people who grew up during a time where people actually worked and took pride in their business. We bought this sandwich at 11am on Saturday. No one cares about anyone except their phones. No one shows up to work anymore, anywhere, in the hospitality industry. Went through the drive-thru order a 3 piece chicken meal.. arrived back at work and realized that they had chicken missing from my order,..& to top it off the food was old.. it looked like it was sitting for hours up under a warmer.. macaroni-n-cheese was dried out, & the biscuit was so dry that it just crumbled ...when I called and spoke with the manager about my missing item that I paid for..she asked that I turn around and come back or if I could come back the next day she'll give me the missing food item, (I don't want the missing food I want a refund)I will no longer be eating at this establishment.. I tried to give this establishment a chance...but I should have known after the first time I ordered there that they weren't going to be able to get it right..I just now decided to make a review but I ordered the honey BBQ chicken littles before, and the chicken was hardly covered in barbecue sauce it looked like they took a 1/2 of spoon of barbecue sauce and put it right on top of the chicken it was just unacceptable.. save your money and go...

Updated Sunday 8/31, 830pm, moon twp. Apparently, no one told THIS KFC about their comeback campaign. This place is always trying to look closed... pics below.

Third Friday night in a row that this place had all of its parking lot and sign lights off at 8pm on a Friday/Saturday night, but are supposedly open until 1030pm. UPDATE: Forget Friday nights, the sign and parking lot lights are always off. The owner must not be concerned with making money... not from the restaurant anyways. They may wanna talk to their manager and regional mgt. Food is hit or miss. I like KFC, but with today's prices, you just can't serve people dried out chicken that has been sitting all day. You definitely can't serve cold fries that you charge 5 dollars for. The best thing they have is the classic chicken sandwich, but the chicken has to be fresh. Best time to eat here is when they open and the food was just prepared. Otherwise, get a large drink. If the food was always fresh, KFC would be selling...
