Absolutely horrible experience at the Chipotle in Coraopolis.
We placed an online order that was set to be ready at 9:50pm. When we arrived, a younger lady with blonde hair said, “No one’s started your online order yet. Someone will soon, but I don’t want to make it. I’m not making it”. She then proceeded to stand there for 10 minutes talking with another coworker in the kitchen. We sat for 15 minutes watching her and a man with ginger hair talk in the back of the kitchen, to which he then started making an order which turned out to be his own. He then looked up at us saying, “Oh, you’re not door dash? Well I’m not making your order either I’m clocking out”. We then waiting another 5 minutes before someone finally made our order: Chicken burrito and 3 steak tacos.
The tacos were not folded or wrapped correctly at all, and when removed from the bag/took off the top layer of tin foyle the tacos fell apart all over the place. The blonde lady gave us dirty looks when we asked for a little extra rice because the burrito was incredibly small and she repeated “Triple protein. Triple protein”. When we got home, the burrito was smaller than the size of my hand AND was missing the chicken and some other toppings.
I am very disappointed and incredibly bothered by the character and behavior of the employees, and the lack of professionalism in the staff. To stand in a kitchen with no one in line at the time (and 3 people in line getting their food instantly after we waited for 20 minutes) is astounding.
We ended up having to drive all the way back to the chipotle and ask for our chicken to be added back on. When we arrived, the blonde coworker gave us dirty looks the entire time, and stood there as if we were in the wrong for asking for our meal which we paid for. I will probably never be returning to this location, and hope the staffing...

UPDATE 2- originally received email from Chipotle offering free chips and gauc (no mention of my refund). After emailing them 3 times (with no response to the first 2), I finally got my refund.
UPDATE- Still have not received my refund from Chipotle almost 3 weeks after.
Placed an online order with an estimated pickup time of 5PM, arrived a few minutes after and looked on the takeout shelf for my food, no food. I wait a couple of minutes before asking the guy at the counter for an ETA (I’m the only customer in the store). He tells me that the ONE woman is making allll of the orders for online and drive thru orders and it’ll be ready soon (meanwhile front counter guy is restocking lids with a whole drive thru line wrapped around the building). After waiting for over 20 minutes and watching this woman line up burrito bowls to make, while front counter guy rings up 2 customers, I finally ask for a manager. Come to find out, there’s a manager and a DM just hanging out in the kitchen not doing anything.
The manager comes over and I asked him to cancel the order and refund my card. He didn’t apologize, he didn’t try to resolve anything, he just told me he had to get the DM to refund my card.
The DM (Sabrina) comes over and didn’t really seem to care at all. She tried telling me that they were very busy and that’s why I was still waiting (it couldn’t be because you only have 1 employee actually working). I asked again for the refund. She took down my information and said I would get refunded in 3-7 days and there was no way to give me a receipt showing that it would be refunded. Again no resolution, no nothing.
Horrible customer service. GIVE YOUR ONLY WORKING...
Read moreRead this cautionary tale as it may well save your life or at least save you some money. I am reluctantly writing this one star review from my dirty seat in Chipotle because Google will not allow for zero stars or more appropriately in this case—negative stars.
I have been eating Chipotle since 1999 and this place is by far the worst Chipotle in the US—hands down. My family has tried this location about 8 times hoping it would at some point resemble a Real Chipotle. Sadly, it never does. The orders are always prepared incorrectly with the food under/overcooked and missing ingredients. It is routine that they never have common ingredients in stock like chicken, tortillas and fountain drinks. The staff is borderline comatose. Are they awake? High? Callous? Or just plain inept? Answer is: all of the above.
Now that we have covered the terrible staff and horrific food. Let’s talk about the state of the actual restaurant. Sweet Jesus!! Where to start? It is always filthy: the tables are never clean, the garbage was overflowing and the drink area was a mess. The drink dispenser area was covered in food and trash. Unsurprisingly, the water would not stop running so an employee happily stuck his finger up the spigot to stop the flow and then promptly asked if I wanted some. Yikes! The health inspector would have a field day. I have not seen the restrooms to comment, but can you even imagine the atrocities lurking within?
Seriously, Chipotle this is an embarrassment you should be ashamed. The local management should be ashamed, held accountable and brought up on charges. If you value your health, palate and hard earned money—avoid this place...
