Paws@Play — Local services in Moore

We have a great boarding place but unfortunately it is over 40 minutes round trip so we wanted to check out some closer options. We got quotes from a few places and decided to try this one. When our daughter picked up the dog a bunch of extra charges were tacked on. We made a few calls back and eventually spoke with someone who said they had recently raised all of the prices and we were quoted the old prices. They did eventually credit us back the overcharge. We needed a boarder the following weekend and decided to give them another chance knowing the price was more expensive... As it is a bit of a hassle setting up records and such. We set up to drop off Friday and pick up Sunday but were called on Saturday because they thought we were picking up on Saturday.... This time we were charged a surprise afternoon pick up fee even though this was Sunday and there are only two pick up options available. Never thought of dog boarding as a place where you need to read the fine print or need a detailed quote so I can't...

I have been to a handful of doggie daycares and haven’t been impressed with any of them. I decided to try Paws@play and I have been impressed so far. My husband drops our 1 year old golden retriever off the twice a week. He says she is excited when she gets there and can’t wait to go play. He said the facility is clean and smells good and the staff is very nice. My dog got a pretty bad cut on her leg one day and the staff called me to tell me what happened and they cleaned it and bandaged it up really well. We had the best experience today at Paws at Play! My pup got to play all day then get groomed by the best groomer in town! Definitely recommend Lori for any grooming needs! I heard she was the "Doodle Queen" and she didn't disappoint! She was so thoughtful and made sure that my pup looked exactly the way I wanted! Everyone was so friendly and the facility was so clean!
