I came across this company on an Instagram ad and found a couple of beanies that I was interested in ordering. Their shipping option provided on their website was USPS and due to recent issues, refuse to use them for parcel delivery. I sent an email to their customer service dept. asking if there were any other methods I could use for shipping and the prompt reply I received told me that they would ship it UPS for me with no issue. Just picked up my second pair of Journey Tech shorts and they are fantastic for summer. I had been on the hunt for a pair of light “hiking” type shorts for a while and had trouble pulling the trigger based on look and price of other shorts. When I somehow stumbled upon their site, it was a no brainer. Shipping was quick and easy.
