Beals in Morehead, Ky has a nice staff but they keep their staff so thin on shifts that you have to wait for help or get checked out causing an interruption in flow of your shopping experience. I would suggest if you want to keep business you make customers happy you provide for customer help and availability of familiar faces when you go to shop in the store. Employee change seems to be an on going problem this causes me to wonder why you have high employee turnover. If I suspect that employees are not treated fairly then I and my friends do not want to shop in that store. I certainly hope that this is not why you have a high employee turnover. I hate going in this store. I try to stay away from this stores doors. I know when I step inside the door, I won't walk out without carrying a bag out with me. They have extremely great sales. Store variety is also great. Not only do they carry clothing for every age range, but they have jewelry, make-up, shoes and purses, but they also have home decor., bath and bedroom items; such as, towels, washcloths, sheets and pillow cases, comforters. You get a cash discount on certain amount bought. On Fridays and Mondays you get extra discount savings on purchases, depending on your age on which day this discount applied. I have come to Really Enjoy shopping here, I use to not entertain the thought of shopping in Burke's Very often, but they've started carrying a wider selection of thing's and they definitely have a wider variety of options to sort through and shop for, the quality of thier clothing also seems better than than wht I noticed of it previously. So to say the least I've been impressed the last cpl times I've shopped here, an have began shopping here more frequently for sure.
