Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service & Discrimination

I paid over $80 for a front-row VIP ticket to the Magic Hunks show at Star Gazer Lounge in Morehead, KY, expecting a great experience. I specifically asked about the VIP stage access and was told it was sold out. Minutes later, I watched a female attendee be offered and sold that same VIP access I had just requested.

It was clear I was denied simply because I’m male, which is unacceptable and discriminatory. To make things worse, the staff showed no professionalism or effort to explain or resolve the issue.

I had seen someone else leave a review calling out the venue host/owner, and now I fully agree — she is definitely not a businessperson and clearly lacks the skills to run a customer-facing business.

I’ve reached out to Magic Hunks about the incident. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with fairness and respect — and this venue failed...

Not sure what was going on but I stood by the bar for 20 minutes without even an acknowledgement from the staff. They're was a Wicca thing going on so they were busy.
