I will be making upcoming refrigerator,chest freezer and dishwasher purchase with any other appliance center. My old oven stopped working on a Wednesday. Saturday I paid for a new oven (and also a second one). My new oven had to be shipped, not in stock, but with luck, I was told by Shaun, it would be here by the following Wednesday or Thursday. That's a bit for going without but manageable. Despite having given all my contact information I didn't get a call or email or text the next week to let me know that my order did not arrive. I had to reach out on Friday to be told that my order would then be in the next Wednesday or Thursday, personally I believe the order wasn't actually placed on Saturday. Shaun also told me I would be contacted to confirm. I again had to reach out, two weeks into not having an oven, to find out if the order actually arrived. After initially being told it wasn't, the lady I was speaking with said it was at least in Vermont, she also said I would be contacted to schedule a delivery and that it would be scheduled for delivery "as soon as possible" which turns out would be Monday because they didn't have a delivery crew for Friday... I'm pretty sure when I spoke to the lady Wednesday afternoon she was very much aware that there was going to be no delivery this week but rather than telling me that she didn't. Having set the bar pretty low for other appliance centers to step over, I rated this 1 star because I had no choice. The best part of my experience was that you didn't give me any trouble when I arrived to pick up my 2 ovens and asked for delivery charges to be refunded.    Read moreI approached Hannon Home Center with the goal of installing a washer and dryer into my condo which has a very small laundry closet. I had done some research into machines that might fit and I wrote Hannon Home Center an email asking if they would help me to select, deliver, and install suitable machines. The particular machines I had identified in my search were sold by Hannon Home Center, but I got some advice from them about some additional options that they knew would also fit. I reviewed all the materials and selected one of the models recommended by Hannon Home Center, as opposed to the machines I found in my initial research.
To fit the machines best into my closet the closet had to be modified. The closet had a permanently installed shelf intended to hold a dryer. It's much better to stack machines however, rather than to place the dryer onto a shelf. Hannon Home Center connected me with a local tradesman who was able to quickly, neatly, and cost effectively modify the closet so that stacking machines could be installed.
After the closet modifications were performed the machines arrived and Hannon Home Center delivered and installed them for me. Hannon Home Center went above and beyond during the installation, setting up the stack, taking the time to flip the opening direction of the dryer door at my request, and managing to get both the washer's drain tube, and the dryer's drain tube to both fit into the drain pipe (given the diameter of the pipe, this took some extra effort).

When we purchased our fridge we purchased an extended warranty so when we started having issues with our fridges we connected Bill as we were not given any information about the warranty that we purchased. Come to find out the warranty was never registered is what Bill had communicated to us as we asked for the information so we could contact them about our fridge. Long story short we were given the impression that Bill was paying for the repairs on our fridge in 7/2022 which took months to establish in the first place as the warranty we had purchased was basically nonexistent even though we paid for one. Well fast forward to now 9/2023 and our fridge died and we have contacted Bill as the issues of not actually having the warranty being registered that we purchased we have to go through him but now that they have sold he says “he’s totally out of the is so he won’t be much help” Well as of right now we currently have no food as our fridge is not staying cool and having children to feed this is completely to okay. We have not heard from Bill in a day and this is an Urgent matter that he seems to not want to deal with when this warranty issues was all his mess up to start. We would not being trying to get ahold of him if the warranty had been registered to begin with.
