Morgantown Mall — Local services in Morgantown

Honestly places like Hot topic in Spencer's now when there are women or afab non binary people working there they seem to have the nastiest attitude. I was talking to my wife about how I was upset that they didn't really have anything for guys when it came to pants or shirts forget the women's section was full on loaded. Either a customer or worker made a comment oh just order it online but the thing is I shouldn't have to order it online just because I was born as something I can't help. They wouldn't say that to someone who's a plus size woman or someone who wanted something that was more accessible for them because they're disabled.

Regardless if it was the person at the Hot topic or actually a customer not only should the representative or the worker whatever you want to call them should have said something but they also should have said something to me about if there was anything they could do to help me or if I could possibly give feedback to the customer service people I am well aware it's not the individuals that work at the store. Being able to vent to my wife is my right no one needs to try to control what I say to her.

On top of that they never have any two x's and they do it's very limited. they really never have what they used to have like spikes and studs are hard to come by. And you can't sit there and claim to support the LGBT and then have companies like Disney and selling their stuff at your place...

if i could give it zero stars, i would. any person employed by the mall themselves, (not individual stores), always seem irritated that they are even there..never any AC so on a hot day (80-90) it’s almost cooler outside. kids play area is always absolutely atrocious and you’re expected to take your kids shoes off to even play in there..nasty. not to mention teenagers sit on the changing tables in the bathrooms like benches which ends up in them being broken and never being fixed..where am i supposed to privately care for my child? i would most definitely call to privately discuss at least the changing tables but no answer…ever! don’t waste your time here. not family friendly or a comfortable environment for your family...

Could use a boost of positivity with some staff in certain department stores. Regarding the food court t&l hot dogs and a few other restraunts in the food court also the shoe store and a few other store employees who's very young and immature not so welcoming or polite. I think a lot of staff in the mall can be inexcusably rude to certain walks of human life who is visiting the mall. I think all staff needs a sit down and have a reminder to be polite to all and act professional and appropriate and not to chase customers out the door. Be respectful to customers privacy instead of invading it by immaturity and ignorance. 2 star for very low morals and respect this mall can use a reality check its...
