Terrible customer service. Charged twice for earrings (once with debit, even though we ended up paying cash). Charge on card never reversed Liz said they were having system problems that day, and remembered the whole transaction, but wouldn’t refund us for either when we went back two weeks after purchase. I bought and would highly recommend buying insurance on your jewelry from here. The insurance is for a year. I recommend this not because they sell junk jewelry but bc if you break something like I had you can go and the replace no questions ask.
