Burger King — Restaurant in West Virginia

I went through the drive thru around 7:30pm and asked for a kids burger with no sauce. I specifically said no ketchup or mustard and added that my child is 2 years old and would make a mess. I laughed a little and then waited for an answer confirming that the employee was ready for me to continue. After several seconds she said “so you want a kids burger with just ketchup?” I said “no please no sauce, my son is only 2, he really can’t have sauce, pickles are fine, but no sauce at all” I didn’t want to sound rude but at this point I was a little frustrated because her tone sounded snarky. I went on with the rest of my order and pulled forward. I was polite when I paid and pulled around to the parking lot to check on the order and found that not only had she given my son the wrong drink and side (I ordered applesauce and milk and got apple juice and fries) she also gave us a kids burger that was SMOTHERED in ketchup and mustard. I promptly swung back through and asked to switch them out. She had a smug smile on her face as she handed me a new burger and applesauce. I have no doubt this was done on purpose and I’m embarrassed on behalf of this restaurant that they would allow their employee to intentionally screw up a 2 year old’s meal. I went to this Burger King location this morning and ordered two breakfast meals one me a sausage and egg biscuit and the other was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. What I got back to work and was getting ready to eat. Both of the biscuits was completely burnt noticeably burnt. And the manager that answered (Cecil) I was explaining to him that the biscuits were burnt, and I was coming back to get a replacement order, hopefully. He proceeded to tell me he “might have a couple good looking ones” Also while waiting in line for replacement order the manager yelled back to the cook “I guess those wasn’t good enough” and the cook replied “I had a feeling that was going to happen”. Ordered online. Waiting in the drive thru line for roughly 20 minutes. Ordered 2 of the ghost pepper whoppers, 2 jr whoppers, small fry and a large onion ring. The food was almost trash worthy. The burgers were cold as if they were stored in a cooler. All the food was room temp at most. Was starving and ate it anyway but I’m not happy with any of it besides the woman at the window was really nice. Fingers crossed we don’t end up sick.
