WRAL Travel Store — Local services in Morrisville

I made the mistake of buying a pair of wireless headphones because I forgot my wired pair. I didn't open them until I got on the plane and only one side worked. I was going to return them when I got back to the airport but the store was closed. I have tried through email and phone to get a hold of someone so I could return them or at least exchange them. The person at the store says they do not give refunds but gave me a number for an "office" that I've left 4 messages at and no answer or reply. DO NOT BUY...
