DETAILED CUTS — Local services in Moscow Mills

I have called 3 times in the past 10+ days and yet to have a return call from the "owner" I met 3 months ago. Not a good idea to treat a potential client. She said she was able to cut my hair with the PTSD issues that I have. Very embarrassing to begin with, but why has no one returned my message? I am very disappointed, as usual, for someone offering help to a Veteran and then falling flat on your word. If I am mistaken, please educate me on why I have not been called. I have been by your business and it seems to be open, yet no one can return a phone call or message........... UPDATE!! 08/16/2022 I thought the owner/manager would address this in a professional manner, I was wrong. She left me a voicemail and stated that if I drove by, I would know that she was the only one working. How is that possible, I still haven't figured that out. She said she was going to remove my review, not sure how, but if she finds a way, I will repost it. If she was booked for a month out, that's all that needed to be said. Was looking to get a haircut and saw the good reviews at this place and the Union discount given and decided to give it a try. Chris took great care of me, and the establishment lives up to its name. She was very detailed about my haircut and asked me questions about different things to get the exact cut I wanted, and it was fantastic. The name couldn’t be more accurate. Chris is phenomenal and a true pro. I have no idea what I’m talking about when I go in to get a haircut. She knew exactly what i was trying to say when i explained what i was looking for. I was an active duty marine for 8 yrs and got a haircut every Sunday while I was in. Ever since I got out I have been bouncing from shop to shop to find someone that can actually cut my hair and be easy to talk to. I am 100% going back....
