Dollar General — Local services in Moscow Mills

THE WORST DOLLAR GENERAL STORE!!! I do not usually complain or give reviews. 3xs I have been in there & 3xs I have encountered RUDE and grouchy employees. 1st time I was asked to "hold on" several times at the counter. One time was so she could check her cell phine. 2nd time I was shorted $10. Mistakes happen but I was told I had to wait until she checked the cameras. I had JUST checked out. I was late to work that day. ☹Today there was a line of no less than 10 deep. There was a lady busy on rearranging a shelf. I had asked a question about what to do with a faulty product. I was told it wasn't her store so I would have to wait until I got to the counter. 15 min in line and I heard the poor girl at the register say her help was at break. I felt bad for her but her rudeness wiped that away quickly. I was basically grunted at. If I could have helped her I would have but OH MY...

The next time Hollywood needs to film a movie in a store that looks like it went through a nuclear attack they don’t need to spend millions on a set. They can just film inside this store. Always merchandise in the aisles. So bad you can’t even get a cart down the aisle. Today they had a bag of garbage hanging on the side of a cart and to get by you had to swing the garbage bag out of your way. This isn’t a one time thing, every time I go in it’s a horrible mess. The people that work there are nice but there is usually just two people. Not enough to run the registers and stock and clean. Dollar general needs to do a better job of staffing their stores. I've been coming here for years. ! Its a bit crowded with rolltainers and uboats but they try so hard to keep things stocked someone is ALWAYS stocking but it is the only "real" store in Moscow so its almost impossible to keep up with the amount of customers they get. The staff is absolutely amazing. ! If they don't have something on the shelf you can always ask and they will figure out if they have it in the back. !
