Five Finger Wings — Restaurant in Moscow Mills

REVIEW UPDATE Since my original review this place has stepped up their game on ordering. The staff is super friendly and the food is constantly good! For example, they had to out me on hold when I called because I assume they were busy taking other orders. Well I had hung up and was just going to get something else but they CALLED ME BACK and apologized for the wait. Amazing customer service. So this place is doing great and they are about to have dine-in which might be cool. They are in a small town so I really hope they survive. Also, try the dry rub Cajun and Lemmon pepper wing flavors. 👌 you won’t be disappointed!

The only reason I am rating this place so low is because on Super Bowl we had ordered 30 wings almost 2 weeks in advance, and once the day came, we couldn’t get our food. They were getting the people that had just ordered online that same day their food before even filling the orders that came in ahead. I know it’s a small business and they just didn’t have all their stuff straight yet. The food is great, the wings are very flavorful. If they could get their ordering situation down better, this place would have it figured out. I will update this review after this business survives for a few...

I ordered 40 wings on Saturday for the Superbowl to be picked up at 515 on Sunday. When I arrived there were at least twenty people waiting for their orders. Upon entering I notice there were only four people total working. When I asked about my order I was told it was being made. Given the time and amount of people there I knew I was not getting my food any time soon so, I asked if they had started my order as to keep them from wasting food. They had no order for me in the computer or on any printed ticket. I had email confirmation they had received the order from the day prior. After I had asked about my order they said that they had an order for Josh which is my name so I asked what the order was. I was then told by another employee that the order was for their boss Josh. So not only can these people not plan ahead for what I would assume is one their busiest days of the year; They also compound the issue by ordering food for themselves during this time instead of being there to support their staff and business. Living in Moscow Mills and being supporters of small businesses, we like to come here often. But every time we come here something is messed up. When the owners were running it we didn’t have this issue. I ordered the hot buffalo quesadilla with Cajun cheese fries with extra sauce. No sauce on the quesadilla, regular fries, got mild buffalo, and the extra sauce was in a cup on the side. I can understand why the sauce was in a cup but normally when someone wants sauce on their food they want it actually on there. We used to go there about once a week but now it’s more like once a month if not every two because something always gets messed up. Extremely frustrating because on the rare occasion they do get it right the food is super good. But I’d almost rather just go Troy for some fast food than have them get my order wrong.
