4 out of the last 5 times I’ve been there (within the course of 6 weeks) they have been either out of the kind of bread I request (white...the most common one...) or completely out of bread!! The employees are barely trained and have ZERO customer service skills. They act like they hate eachother and won’t help one another out. They stand and talk to their friends (that just hang out at subway?) then are annoyed when a customer walks in. They literally asked my husband what kind of cheese to put on my sandwich then didn’t put any cheese on it. I was told at 8pm I couldn’t toast my sandwich bc they were closing soon and had turned off the toaster. The owners are clearly those people that buy and open a cheap franchise and leave unattended teenagers to “run” it. This location is 3 minutes from my house, but I’ll drive out of my way to the Wentzville or Lake St Louis locations where the managers actually know how to run a sandwich shop . Funny they took the ability to leave reviews off of their Facebook page. Gee I...
Read moreNot for Sure where to Start???? Pulled in around 7:10 pm on Sunday night. 3 police officers walk out and the 2 girls shut off the lights. Open sign was still on. My wife walks in and asks if there still Open? The young lady snarled at my wife and said yes,as she was putting up the chair's. I guess we won't be eating it there. We ordered, the tattooed girl behind the counter was RUDE and didn't give a darn if we was there. She snapped at us for the ingredients we wanted. Very rude at Checking us out. The couple behind us was asking questions and was getting the rude glare !! The other girl was very rude in trying to sweep around us. Our sandwich was ok. But the other couple was complaining to us that there sandwich was not very good. The sign says closing at 8 pm. I guess they need to change their sign. I wouldn't want my name on the door as owner if I wasn't going to provide better service. I see I'm not the only one who has had problems there. Never to return to that Subway. Hopefully Subway takes notice of...
Read moreI’m from out of town driving past. Had to stop for another reason and thought I’ll get subway. Stopped in to grab a small sub. First the kid had his back to the counter hunched over on his phone. It wasn’t until I said hello that he turned around to say oh sorry. Then I had to repeat myself multiple times of what size bread and what kind of sandwich I wanted. Another gal worker then started to put the chairs up at 7:40pm. The store is open till 9pm or so it says on the door. This was Monday night, also PDay. Well I said are we not allowed to sit inside anymore she mumbled something, I think she said she was cleaning up. I didn’t even bother asking what the reason was again. So I just said oh ok. So I had to sit in my car and eat a messy sandwich while taking a break from my 10 plus hour drive I’ve done already today. I don’t recommend coming to this location after 7:30pm if you plan to sit down inside and are from out of town. Two stars for...
