United States Postal Service — Local services in Moscow Mills

What kind of federal place doesn't currently have (hasn't in the past 5 years that ik of nor any future plans to install some) security cameras at all on site...I'll give u a hint, none that i know of and probably not many but our local 63362 United States Post Office DOESN'T HAVE ANY KIND OF VIDEO/SURVEILLANCE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING!! Why has my PO Box been tampered with, stolen from and now the locks broken so u guessed it- ill have to pay for it!? A po box seemed like a great idea when we weren't receiving some of our expected mail at home, but after all the chaos, confusion and costly issues... Nobody should get one here! The postal worker has always been very good and the 24 hr open lobby access is great too but one would hope that ur items shipped would make it to u or be somehow tracked to their destination right!?

After the increase in the box pricing, 6 months due plus late fees this last time, no surveillance, mysterious damage to the PO Box property (customer has to pay out of their own pocket even if they didnt do the property damage), replacement/extra key fee, all the trips back n forth to the P.O. building itself, constantly changing hours, workers...etc. I'VE OPTED TO BUY A RESIDENTIAL, LOCKING MAILBOX ONLINE for less than the new increased rate for a p.o. box...

Never had this much trouble with mail as I've had here I Missouri. You guys need to take some lessons from the Texas postal service. Among multiple pastyear. I've had a Christmas present stuck in the keyed box for weeks now, the key does not work. The mail lady refuses to open it for me, the post office won't do anything. And now I got a letter from my complex saying I need to get my mail out of the box because she is complaining she can't use that box because I won't get my package....

They're never open, I don't see how any person with a job could possibly make it here. They are also extremely lazy. They never deliver my mail even though they could. They never even attempt. Worst...
