Phung-Mart — Local services in Moscow

Surprisingly well stocked Oriental market for Chinese and Vietnamese groceries located in Moscow, Idaho. They have just about all the essential sauces, cooking wines, spices and other ingredients needed for a Chinese, or Vietnamese kitchen. They do not compare to a 99 Ranch Market in the Bay Area or LA, but whatever Phung Mart carries tend to be well thought out, vital for an Oriental kitchen. We drove from nearby Pullman WA and got pot sticker wrappers (frozen); marinade for soy sauce chicken and other items. They have some Japanese and Korean ingredients as well. Prices are reasonable. Lovely little shop! Just about always have relatively niche ingredients I need for cooking dishes my parents taught me. Also entertaining to just browse and buy snacks from! Employees are extremely nice as well!

Try the shrimp chips! They don't taste the best, but they're certainly interesting!

They also have a wall of instant noodles in the back and you're just doing yourself a disservice if you don't try them all....
