Mind you my payments are up to date and I even called them personally to make my payment 13 days ago and they did not notice it then. I hold only the manager I believe her name to be Vanessa responsible for this huge inconvenience on my day and lack of professionalism. How she got to being in charge is beyond me. I have a washer and dryer, washer started leaking from the get go, called and realized they weren't going to do anything to fix it just like Aaron's. The delivery driver for this store is rude, and has no customer service whatsoever. First, when he called to tell us (not ask) that they wouldn’t deliver until it was more convenient for them, he hung up on us mid-sentence. He then tried telling his manager that it was us that hung up. When the items were delivered, he refused to talk to us, just carried the item in and left. Today, he showed up at the door demanding payment which showed late due to their error. Again he was rude and laughed at us before driving off. The store corrected the error both times, but keeping this rude employee in contact with customers that pay his wages, shows a lack of management capability.
