After realizing this, they called my phone one time, did not leave a voicemail, and then proceeded to show up at my front door with no warning asking me to sign the papers at a highly inconvenient moment. About a 15 minute time frame between the time of call, and the time of arrival at my front door. Mind you my payments are up to date and I even called them personally to make my payment 13 days ago and they did not notice it then. I hold only the manager I believe her name to be Vanessa responsible for this huge inconvenience on my day and lack of professionalism. How she got to being in charge is beyond me. So far I've been on time with that payment for several months now. Added a Nintendo switch, but somehow I keep getting a late fee for it, and for some odd reason it won't process the same card. The owner called and I apologized for the inconvenience and I told her that that samething happened the previous month. So she said that she would waiver the late fee. First, when he called to tell us (not ask) that they wouldn’t deliver until it was more convenient for them, he hung up on us mid-sentence. He then tried telling his manager that it was us that hung up. When the items were delivered, he refused to talk to us, just carried the item in and left. Today, he showed up at the door demanding payment which showed late due to their error. Again he was rude and laughed at us before driving off. The store corrected the error both times, but keeping this rude employee in contact with customers that pay his wages, shows a lack of management capability.
