Ice Rink — Local services in Moses Lake

Been 4x to Moses lake last year and this year for hockey tournaments. Nice rink, Nice ppl, and Moses lake parents/tournament workers were very gracious (12u riv EV Hockey mom; thanx for chit-chat ). But, I heard looking to enclose rink. Keep in mind that a big seller on tournament is being outdoors. And even when it was 0F this trnmt, that was a big part of making it fun. So consider cloth siding that can be pulled up/let down; enclosing 1 or both stands; but really consider adding nat. Gas pipe lines for heaters at end of benches, and for parents.

Regardless, keep the outdoor rink. It is a big draw for coastal teams I.e. easy...

The staff is insanely rude, the coordinator for birthday parties is a joke! The staff members on the ice are unsafe and irresponsible in front of the children/skaters on the ice. I just had my daughters birthday party here and will not work with their staff ever again! If you book a party here and one of the staff members gets hurt and they have to shut the rink down in the middle of your birthday party don’t expect Gunner (the party coordinator) to give you any kind of refund…. Such a disappointment that the staff had no repercussions for how they treated myself...

When me and my friends went there my friend fell and got hurt... a really nice employee came to check on her.. overall ten out of ten service... We never got the employees name but we had a conversation about Harry Potter It turns out we had one of each house there me being Huffelpuff My friends being Ravenclaw, and Giffrendor, and the nice employee...
