My coworker and we're in need of a quick meal. He has the Subway app and he suggests that we do the 6.99 footlong deal, and I agree to do the deal. As we arrived I didn't realize it was only through the app, so I asked the workers and they sternly told me I needed to download the app. No help there. My coworker ordered through the app on the way (I was driving) and these workers didn't think his order came through, unfortunately it didn't go through. But, they did not look at anything to confirm that it didn't go through and basically turned us away. Still, we wanted the deal. So I downloaded the app, signed up and placed my order. My coworker still had issues with the app, might have been his card. Finally, we got our order in (through the app) and had our order ready time set. As time passes we're wondering why it's taking so long, wasn't busy and we were the only people sitting in the whole place (barely five feet from the register). So we check our apps and my coworkers one says it's almost ready and mine says it was "picked up" already. Neither of us had our orders... So I finally walk up to the Uber/to go shelf and there, there were our orders. Ready and getting cold by the second. No courteousness to tell us that our orders were ready when there was no one else in the place. My sandwich and churros were cold. Churro wasn't sugared at all, couldn't finish it. All in all, poor service...

Read moreThis is the best Subway I've ever visited. I eat here at least 2-3 times per week. There are four Subways closer than them, but I make the trip because they never get my order wrong. I use the Subway app, pay with the app, drop by 10-15 minutes later, I swoop past the line, they hand me my sandwich, and I'm back at my desk eating before some of those in line even place their order.
