One star because the PIZZA is yummy.

However, our overall experience was terrible. We initially called in for a pizza and two sandwiches and were told it would take about thirty minutes. Twenty minutes later we were called from a random number(we later found out it was the manager's personal cell phone. So now some random guys has our number) stating that some parts for the sandwiches that we ordered were out. Okay, cool we just wouldn't have that part on our sandwiches. We then spent the better part of the next half hour playing phone tag because they had also forgotten they were pretty much out of everything that came on the sandwich. Ultimately, aside from the pizza, we just got something else all together.

When we arrived to pick up the food, about 45 minutes after the initial call, we were told that it was going to be a whopping $75 for one pizza and two sandwiches! We, the customer, had to correct the manager so that we didn't have to overpay by $20. Thank goodness we were paying attention! After paying, the manager said that it would be another twenty minutes because the cooks had been busy talking to a guy about an a phone app and our food hadn't even been started yet. With two tired kids on the verge of major meltdowns in tow we were absolutely infuriated. If we had known it was going to be an even longer wait we would have gone somewhere else! The extra twenty minutes turned into a half hour. There was no apology for anything or an offer for a discount for our troubles and long wait.

Tired and hungry, we booked it out of there to go home and finally eat. When we arrived home we dug into the pizza. Like I said, it was delicious! The sandwiches were horrendous. There was barely any food on them and a good portion of the meat was burnt to the point of being inedible. They were basically two sandwich buns with some condiments lightly slapped on.

We were traveling through town and ordered ahead online. It was super easy and convenient! The prices for the pizzas also seem really great for what you get. They are filling and have great toppings. I got the “With a twist” and my husband got the “When pigs fly.” I loved the lemon on top. Both were satisfying, but a little bland in flavor other than the lemon flavor and bbq sauce on the pigs fly. I am giving three stars because the bathroom (men’s and women’s) were disgusting. I’ve been in better gas stations bathrooms and the restaurant itself felt and looked dirty. Additionally, I waited for the pizzas while my husband was in the bathroom. The boys working would only address my husband despite the order being in my name. When we both walked up to the counter I began to talk and they addressed my husband rather than responding to me. They did not give us the pizzas until my husband came out of the bathroom. I’m not sure if they felt more comfortable talking to my husband and I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt, I understand sometimes these things happen without realization but overall not great customer service and friendliness. I am extremely disappointed with the service my wife and I received. My wife and I came with our family after my sister in law graduated. My wife and I ordered our pizza first before our family did and spent the next 40 minutes waiting and watching our family get their pizza and finish their pizza. We were really upset and finally went up and asked where our pizza was and THEY FORGOT ABOUT OUR PIZZA! Like I say we were the first one in our family to order! They thought we voided it but I don’t know how we have off that impression. We were then told they would make our pizza quick and after a hour we first ordered we got our pizza. It took 15 minutes still to get our pizza. Any other place I have gone to that have even messed up a order a little bit have thrown in a free dessert or even write off that item. Here they didn’t do anything except apologizing for forgetting about us. My wife and I were going to come back for a dessert later this weekend before we headed back to Utah but after this experience it has left a bad taste...
