I've gone here many times, pawned stuff many times. They were always great. Until today. I went in to get my pawn out and purchase a smart TV. He handed me one and charged me $50. I was like cool that's great. Anyway, take it home and it's not even a smart TV, screen has stuff burned into it when u turn it on, and the guy refused to give me a receipt and took the tags off of it so I can't even return it now. First he tried charging $60 for it, glad I'm not out that much money, cuz this is bogus! Also glad I have all my stuff out cuz I won't ever be going back. Tri cities or Spokane has more honest...

This place is a terrible place to sell anything because all they are about is ripping you off so they can make money. Terrible people, very dishonest and untrustworthy. I 10/10 don't recommend selling anything there. I took in 10k gold which is going for around $23 a gram today. I trusted them on paying current gold prices because that what they said they buy gold for but only gave me $10 a gram for 10k gold. Lying pieces of trash people. I've been here many times to check on some self-defense arms and ammos. Though I have not bought any, the people here are so accommodating with my queries. They still smile despite being clearly annoyed.
